Overview
Workday Import failing with error:
Unable to establish connection to fetch custom report: GET <CustomReport> returned a response status of 500 Internal Server Error.

Cause

The path to the custom report configured in Okta is not available.

API credentials for Workday Provisioning is no longer valid.
Solution

On the Okta Admin console, navigate to Applications > Workday.

Switch to the Provisioning tab.

Select API Integration from the options available on the left of the screen.

Click on Edit.

Update the path to the custom report under the Custom Report JSON URL.

Click on Test API credentials.

Click Save.

Refresh the page and trigger an import from the Import tab.
