Okta UltiPro Import Fails With an Unable to Download Report Error

Overview

An UltiPro import failure in Okta occurs due to an interruption in the credentials used for provisioning. Resolve this issue by re-authenticating the API integration in the Okta Admin Console. The import fails, and Okta generates the following error message:

Error while downloading all users:Unable to download report from UltiPro

Cause

This error occurs due to an interruption in the credentials used for provisioning to the UltiPro application.

Solution

How is the UltiPro import error resolved?

Re-authenticate the API integration and verify the credentials in the Okta Admin Console to restore the connection and complete the import successfully.

  1. In the Okta Admin Console, navigate to Applications > Applications.
  2. Select the UltiPro application.
  3. Go to the Provisioning tab and select Integration.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Verify that all fields are correct and click Test API Credentials to test the API integration.
  6. Verify the connection is successful and click Save.
  7. Attempt the import again.
  8. Contact UltiPro support for further assistance if the issue persists.
