The End User Help Form option is found in the Admin dashboard under Settings > Account. This option provides additional contact details for any users who can access the Okta login screen and click on the Help link that will appear once Need help signing in is selected. It contains three options:
- Request help
- Send Feedback
- Report a bug
It provides users with the ability to send an email to the company technical contact, which can be set by an Okta administrator in the same End User Support section from Settings > Account. The screenshot below illustrates what an end user sees.
If the End User Help Form (Optional) option is not available under Settings > Account and would like to enable it, please contact Okta Support.
