Overview
Administrators may not want to receive email notifications generated from the End User Help Form, and this article will describe how to disable it.

Solution
Follow the steps or the video below to disable the End User Help Form.
NOTE: If using a custom login page, it is not possible to disable the End User Help Form.
- Log in to the Admin Dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings > Account.
- Uncheck the End User Help Form option in the End User Support section.
- Save the changes.
