SiQ provisioning flow fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:
Automatic provisioning of user <user> to app SiQ failed: Error while verifying if user <user> exists: . Errors reported by remote server: Invalid JSON: Unexpected character ('<' (code 60)): expected a valid value (JSON String, Number, Array, Object or token 'null', 'true' or 'false')

The permissions of the account used for enabling Okta provisioning are incorrect at SiQ side or API Token used for creating the API connection is invalid.

Refer to Space IQ: Configuration Guide. On the SiQ side, verify that the permissions of the account used for enabling Okta provisioning are correct.

Go to Okta Admin Console and navigate to Applications > SiQ > Provisioning > Integration > Edit.

In the API Token, enter the SCIM Bearer Token from SiQ.

Click Test API Credentials, verify the connection was successful, and then click Save.

Attempt the failed tasks again. Navigate to Dashboard > Tasks. Any failed assignments should appear under Tasks.

After identifying the failed task for the user that should be retried, click on Retry Selected.
