The option to add PaperCut Provisioning Connector by Aquera app is greyed out under the Okta Integration Network (OIN) list. PaperCut Provisioning Connector by Aquera app is not a typical OIN application; it is a connector that allows for SCIM connections between Okta and PaperCut. It cannot be added from the Okta admin interface and must be configured from the Service Provider side.
