The option to add Freshservice Provisioning Connector by the Aquera app is greyed out under the Okta Integration Network (OIN) list. Freshservice Provisioning Connector by Aquera app is not a typical OIN application; it is a connector that allows for SCIM connections between Okta and Freshservice. It cannot be added from the Okta admin interface and must be configured from the Service Provider side.
