When assigning users to the Microsoft Office 365 (O365) application, the users are only assigned licenses to the first group they are a member of.

The default behavior for the licenses and roles attributes in the O365 application is set to group priority. This means the users will only be pushed to O365 with the licenses/roles of the first group they are a member of based on the priority of the group assignment.
To adjust this behavior to combine the license values across all group assignments:
- Navigate to Directory > Profile Editor > select Profile for the O365 application.
- Click the i icon for the Licenses attribute.
- Select the option to adjust Group Priority to Combine values across groups.
NOTE: The functionality can also be applied to roles.
