Follow the steps or watch the video below to learn how to remove the Add Apps button from the Okta portal for end users.
- Navigate to the Okta Admin dashboard.
- Go to the Applications tab and click on Self Service.
- On the Settings tab page, the section of User App Requests will be displayed.
- Click the Edit button and uncheck the first and third options from the App Catalog Settings. This will allow users to add personal and org-managed applications.
- Click on the Save button.
