This article describes how to remove an app from the Okta dashboard.

Solution
Follow the steps or video below.
The application added can be removed by hovering over it and selecting the three dots. In the application settings screen, click on the Remove button.
NOTE: Apps issued by the Help Desk cannot be removed, but the app can be moved out of sight. The best way to do so is to create a new section to store unused and unwanted applications.
