This article describes how to add recipients to send email cards in Okta Workflows.

1. Add a construct list card to the workflow.
2. Change the type to be text (click the drop-down on the far right of the output of the card and change to text).
3. Add one or more strings to the list (or drag fields from previous cards).
4. Drag the output of the list to the To or CC field of the Send Email card.
