This article details how to send Support Contact Emails to multiple email addresses.
- End User Support Contact
Currently, a Super Admin user can only add one Email as the End User Support contact.
- From the Admin Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Account.
- From the End User Support section, add a Technical Contact, which will then appear at the bottom in the End User Dashboard as a Help Contact.
Alternatively, Admins could create an Email Forward Rule from the Email client tool (Outlook, Gmail, etc.) to redirect emails to other email addresses or to an email distribution list, as required.
Another option is to create a user in Okta, add the email distribution list to its email attribute, and then add that user as the support contact.
