About the Okta Admin Console
The Okta Administrator Dashboard is the first page you see as an Okta admin. This landing page provides you with a summary of key Okta and app usage and activity and notifies you of any problems or outstanding work to be completed. You can view the documentation on navigating the admin console here.

About the Okta Administrator Role
Administrators (or admins) are Okta users with permission to access the Okta administration dashboard. Admins can be granted access to all sections of the application, or have limited access to only certain apps or groups. To see a chart outlining the specific permissions each administrator has, take a look at the chart in our Administrators guide.

About the Okta Support Center and Ozone

Okta Support Center
To access the Okta Support Center, simply log into your Okta Admin Console and click the ‘Help & Support’ link located in the upper-right corner of the page.  The Help Center acts as a one-stop-shop where you can find detailed guidance on how to manage your profile, post to groups, etc. For more details, please see the article here

Ozone
