Overview
This article identifies the requirements for Dynamic Zones to be visible and active within the Network Zones section of an organization. It clarifies why the option to configure this feature may be missing for some users.

Cause
The Dynamic Zones functionality is unavailable because the organization lacks the Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) SKU or the Adaptive Single Sign-On (SSO) SKU.
Solution
To enable Dynamic Zones functionality, perform the following step:

Contact the assigned Account Executive to add the Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) SKU or the Adaptive Single Sign-On (SSO) SKU to the organization.
