Administrators may want to block traffic to their Okta tenant from specific geographic locations. This article explains the process for setting up a Dynamic Network Zone to restrict traffic based on IP locations.

To configure a Dynamic Network Zone for traffic block based on IP location, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Admin dashboard and navigate to Security > Networks.

2. Click the Add Zone button and choose Dynamic Zone.

3. Give the Zone a name.

4. Check the box to Block access from IPs matching conditions listed in this zone.
    
   

5. Use the Locations drop-down menu to select a location to block.

6. Optionally, use the Add Another button to add more locations.

7. Click the Save button to save the changes.

NOTE: If the Dynamic Zone option is not visible or enabled, reach out to the designated sales representative (AE) or CSM to discuss enabling this feature.
