Overview
This article outlines resolutions for two issues customers may encounter when trying to sign into the Okta Ideas Website.

Cause
Issue 1
- The Okta Ideas website goes to a Blank Page when signing in.
- The Okta Ideas Website uses Pendo, which requires third-party cookies. Third-party cookies are blocked in the Chrome guest browser and in an incognito browser. To access Okta Ideas, allow third-party cookies for Pendo in the browser settings.
Issue 2
- When trying to log in to see the Idea added to the Ideas website, it requires a Pendo login, and there is no account to sign in to Pendo.
Solution
It is not necessary to have a Pendo account to access the Ideas portal; use the Okta Admin account. Instead of directly accessing the URL, click the Feedback link at the bottom right on any page from the Okta Admin Console.
