Im unable to acces this disabled preview instance. It was shut off, but now it started SPAM e-mailing me again.
I'm unable to create a supportcase.
So there is somehow an instance 'alive' ; but it is still running:

Please email our colleagues at developers@okta.com to report this issue, they should be able to check the back-end to see what's causing this and deactivate the org if needed.
