We want to have an OBO Flow where Microsoft Entra Tokens are exchanged for Okta Tokens. Wanted to know how this could be done .Also if such tokens could be used for Oauth for every Okta application under same org

My initial assessment suggests that this might be achievable via Entra as OIDC IDP for Okta and leveraging a Custom Authorization server (requires Okta API Access Management SKU).
