Hey guys,
I tried so many times to connect Google Workspace integration to Okta with no success.
On Okta's side - when I click on Google Workspace from my user - refer to a page with the error - "Couldn’t sign you in Contact your domain admin for help. Learn more"
On Google's side - Nothing changed, still same login page of Google instead of Okta's.
I did everything by their documentation, step by step with no luck.
In addition, I created custom role in order to open a case and still got the message of "You Do Not Have Access to Create a Case. If you are authenticated via your Okta Administrator credentials and don’t have the Case Admin permission assigned to you, please consider if it is still needed and contact your Super Admin for access.
Although I created it.
Please assist,
Thanks.

Hello @SaharD.34762 (Customer) Thank you for posting on our Community page!
Based on the two distinct symptoms you're seeing, we can actually pinpoint a few common culprits that the official documentation often glazes over. Let's break this down by what's happening on each side.
When you click the Google Workspace tile in Okta (IdP-initiated flow) and get this specific error, it means Okta successfully sent the user token to Google, but Google rejected it.
Why the Google Login Page hasn't changed
If you go straight to mail.google.com or drive.google.com (SP-initiated flow) and you just see the standard Google login screen instead of being redirected to Okta, the SSO policy isn't being enforced on Google's end.
As for the Opening a case with Support part, please note that Free trial/Integrator do not have access to Support at this time.
Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
