You Do Not Have Access to Create a Case

How do I get access to support if I cannot create a case? We have a maintenance contract on our product.

    Hello @SamC.43788 (DataLab USA)​ Thank you for posting on our Community page!

     

    If you have a Paid service with Okta, you might not have the right Administrator level or permissions. In this case I would recommend to reach out to your Okta Super administrator for the right permissions.

    However if you have an Integrator/Free Developer account, at this time these type of account do not have access to Support so they are unable to open a case.
