While creating access campaigns, it's assumed manager Okta attribute will hold the Manager UPN value but if the organization have the manager Okta attribute populated with manager DN from Active directory, then what are the options to select manager as the reviewer?

There currently is no out-of-the-box solution for AD sourced managers, but you are not completely out of options.
You will need to do some prep work by creating a custom attribute to map the required manager UPN to the user profile then leverage the "Custom" option under "Reviewer".
