I need access to the Okta Trust Center

I have requested access to the Okta trust center but the page immediately refreshes and states access is denied. I have followed the directions on the page which did not work and I did not see anything in the knowledge base regarding my issue. Any information or assistance is appreciated.

    Please note that Okta Super Admin permissions are required to access the Trust Center.  

    If you are leveraging an account with the require permissions are still experiencing issues please open a support case or reach out to your Okta Account Executive or Customer Success Manager to report the matter. The should be able to coordinate with the internal team to resolve the issue.
