Unable to add owners for Okta AI Agents

I’m unable to add an owner for the Okta AI Agents. When I try, I receive the error: “Failed to update owners, please try again.” Without assigning an owner, I can’t activate the agents or establish a connection to the agent.

Is there an option to raise a support ticket from the demo tenant, or is support ticketing restricted to non-demo/production tenants?

    Support ticketing is not limited to production tenants only per se, they are limited to paid accounts. If you already have an account with us, I recommend reaching out to your Okta Account Executive to discuss what options you have to add your test/integrator/preview tenants under the umbrella of Support along with the production environment. 

     

    As for the issue you are reporting, I haven't seen any similar reports as of yet, and it being Early Access, I expect some rough edges to the experience. 

    Of the top of my head, I was thinking maybe it's a permission issue, but I'm not seeing "admin role" being a requirement for the Okta AI Agent owners, so perhaps check the status for the user you are trying to assign. If you are assigning a group, check to see what (if any) users you have in that group and if anything might be wrong with them.

    @Mihai Negoita - Okta (Okta, Inc.)​ - Thank you for your time & efforts in helping me resolve this issue. I’d like to share a few additional details that may help with troubleshooting:

     

    I assigned the “Active” user as the owner when they are not an admin user, and I encountered the issue.

    I also assigned the “Active” user as the owner when they are an admin user, and I encountered the same issue.

    When i try assigning the ownership to existing group, The similar issue occurs.

     

    In all scenarios, the issue persisted. I'm unable to upload the error message here.
