I try to log in on my PC, and when I go to my trial login before Okta and it has my school email associated I enter my email and password just fine but when it gets to the verify passcode , that you would get from your mobile app . It always comes back and says some error was found , i can't figure it out. because the codes are 'Current', but it still doesn't allow me to login

Free trail/dev/integrator accounts all outside of the scope of support. Trial orgs are automatically deactivated once the trial period has elapsed and the integrator orgs don't expire, but will be automatically deactivated after 180 days of inactivity unless you submit an app to the OIN.
You can submit a request via this form for data deletion for privacy reasons, if needed. This is handled by a different team and is not intended for email re-use.
You could try using the method mentioned at step 2 in this article to see if you can sign up for a new org.
