When I try to login to my developer org to debug a customer login issue from our app store app, I get a message that the developer org has been deactivated. How can I re-enable it? I need to access the app store app config. I created this developer org and used it to create this app over a year ago.

Since February 2025, customers have been notified via an in-product notification banner in the developer org regarding this change event, which started in July.
As mentioned in the developer blog Changes Are Coming to the Okta Developer Edition Organizations, orgs will need to be migrated to Integrator Free Plan.
If the org has been deactivated as part of the change the following steps are available:
1: If you already have a different paid account with us, please use it to log in to the Okta Help Center and open a ticket with the support to team to discuss options.
2: If you are an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) with an app in the Okta Integration Network (OIN):
3: If you do not have a paid account with us:
• • Sign up for a new Integrator Free org at Choose what works best. Sign up is free. and if needed please contact the Okta Sales to discuss the possible conversion to a Paid SKU Edition org.
