I'm IT support for a local government entity, and all Okta users are getting the same "Unable to sign in" error. Of course, with all users unable to sign in, I am unable to submit a support ticket to look into this issue, and I'm unable to get into an administrator's account as I don't have that information (this account was set up by a 3rd party). Is there a number or email I can reach out to for any type of assistance? I literally can't log in to get to creating a ticket or get to the admin dashboard, so what can I do?

Please note that access to Support can only be done by an Okta administrator, if you are an admin and you can't login you can try the below article:
https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/Can-Okta-Support-Engineers-Add-Admin-Users?language=en_US
If the above option does not work, then we recommend to reach out to your Okta Account Executive or CSM or you can try the 3rd party that provided Okta and they should be able to further assist you.
