Hi, I'm actually trying to export a quite simple list, the users assigned to an app.
After 3 years using Okta, I still don't get how such a huge (and expensive) product is utterly miserable in terms of data exportation. This is really infuriating that every time I need to export a csv that would require one simple click on any app or product, I have to look on google or the doc to find out how to do so.
And still does it have to work...
Today I'm trying to export a full list of my users assigned to Office 365. So after looking up on to do it since it's to much to ask for an export button on the actual assignment list, I go to reports > Application Access Audit > Current Assignments.
Then proceed to specify the app, and download the report. And it is EMPTY.
First the report is called "CURRENT assignment". Why the hell do we must specify a date range then ? No explanation here or in the documentation.
Seriously what am I doing wrong ? And what the hell is wrong with Okta devs ?
I usually just give up but now I'm just pissed. I'm really irritated that such a simple task is SO difficult to do.

You can suggest enhancements for the Reports features on the Okta Community page by going to the Community→ Ideas tab. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members. High popularity will increase the likelihood of it being picked up by the Product Team and it being implemented.
