Hello,
Has anyone integrated Verint Workforce Management Optimization (WFO) for user provisioning with Okta Access Gateway (https://help.okta.com/oag/en-us/content/topics/access-gateway/add-oracle-wls.htm)? We have Verint's Authentication Configuration Guide v15.2 which talks about SAML-based authentication, but no mentioning user provisioning. Any thoughts?

This does not seem to be a common use case. I haven't seen any reference or documentation of a Verint integration in conjunction with OAG.
They don't seem to have a OIN integration either.
A custom SCIM implementation might be possible, but you'll need to check with them if it's supported.
We'll leave this question open in case anyone else in the Community has implemented this and has additional insight.
