Contractor Expiry Notification Workflow
I was able to get this Workflow template to work for the purpose of email notification when a contractor's end date is 30 days away. The 30 days is a key and set in the workflow's "configuration" table. My question is, if I wanted to also notify within 7 and 3 days prior to contract end date, can I do that by adding keys to the configuration table?

I would say this should be possible, however I would recommend to Open a case with Support and they should be able to provide the right guidance into achieving this.
