Hi everyone,
I’m trying to upgrade my Okta subscription from Trial to the Starter plan, and I’am totally stuck atm. Can't reach the dashboard coz it's stonewalled with a feedback form that doesn't ever close. I'm currently trying to reach you over the phone for 15+ minutes.
Has anyone dealt with this recently? What’s the fastest way to get a response (alternate contact, form, partner/reseller, escalation path)?
Honestly, just trying to reach Okta official sales people or support here, coz I also can't open a personal case (the page says that I'm no super admin, tho I am).
Please reach me out via my accounts email or phone number. This is urgent for us - we wouldn't want to move away from this solution
