Policy evaluation failed for this request. error code access_denied

 

Hi! Just trying to use okta as identity provider (Open ID Connect) for the proxmox instance.

However, received this access_denied page without any details. It would be very hard to troubleshoot.

 

Has anyone done proxmox integration with Okta and could you share how you did it? I can't find anything on Google and YouTube.

    Custom OIDC implementations are more appropriate for our dedicated Okta Developer Forum.

    My advice would be to reach out via devforum.okta.com to take advantage of their expertise.

    While we'll do our best to answer all of your questions here, this medium is more inclined towards Okta core products and features (non-custom/developer work). 

    That being said, if this is indeed a policy issue, you can start troubleshooting by reviewing the Okta System Logs to check for additional details about the failure that would point you towards the root cause.
