I have a Okta developer account https://integrator-8795144.okta.com where MFA is setup with my old mobile and it got reset to factory default. Therefore, I am unable to login to my account, kindly reset MFA so that, I can setup in my new mobile.

We understand that you require assistance with account recovery. Free trial/Developer account credentials or MFA cannot be accessed by anyone outside of the primary account administrator. Therefore, Okta is unable to access or reset your username and password or MFA.

You may, however, create a new free trial/Developer account. We encourage you to save the credentials to ensure access in the future.
Also please note that if you have a Paid Service with Okta, you can open a case with support for additional assistance.

Please be informed I am unable to create a new Free trial/Developer account as my email address already being used in this one https://integrator-8795144.okta.com
Please suggest me how can I create a new Free trial/Developer account with the same email address?
Hello @AshutoshT.27624 (Customer) You can submit a request via this form for data deletion if needed.
Other then that, you will need to use a different email to create a new Free Trial/Developer account.
