Hello!
We wanted to integrate our SMB server with the Okta LDAP Interface, but we encountered an issue: Okta doesn’t provide user passwords. Is there a way to verify user NTLM hashes using the Okta API, or is it possible to create a special app for this purpose?
It is necessary to expose NTLM hashes in LDAP user attributes.
We managed to work around this by checking user passwords with plain-text authentication, but this requires using the SMB1 protocol, which is not secure. We want to use SMB3 or another more modern, secure protocol.

Hi @SamC.57374 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

We're trying to configure Access Gateway for Kerberos authentication, but we can't find the download link.
We found a similar issue here:
https://support.okta.com/help/s/question/0D54z00007mofLjCAI/cant-find-access-gateway-download?language=en_US
When we clicked "Open Case", we received this error:
"You Do Not Have Access to Create a Case"
Questions:
1. Is Access Gateway available in trial accounts?
2. If not, which pricing plan includes Access Gateway?
3. How can we enable the Access Gateway feature for our account?
Hi @SamC.57374 (Customer) ,
Okta Access Gateway is not currently available for trial accounts.
You should be able to get it as an add-on for the starter plan, but for pricing and offers you will need to check with the Okta Sales Team.
Regards.
