Received an email with the title of this post today, and I have questions that hopefully can be clarified here.
- My company lists our OIN integration through this account, we went through the approval process earlier this year and finalized the listing in June 2025. I see our app listed on the OIN application page inside our account. Even though we have an app listed there this account can still be deactivated by Okta?
- I last successfully signed into our Integrator Free plan on 11/13/2025 (and then did so again today).... is there some timeframe that this account must be signed into to not be triggered for account deactivation?
Thanks for any clarification you can provide, getting the email this morning stating the account is going to be deactivated does not make much sense to me at the moment.

If you have a published OIN app, please email our colleagues at developers@okta.com. Ensure to mention that you have an OIN app in the subject line of your email, as well as the app's name. In the body of the email, include the URL of your org, the email address of the Super Admin, and the message you received about the org's deactivation.
