    @ArunK.82156 (Customer)​ are you an administrator trying to login to tenant?

    If you are an end user, your IT support should be able to assist with your issue.

    If you are an admin and locked out, reach out to other admins to see logs and resolve if there are any policy denial.

     

    If you are the only administrator and is locked out, very likely that you may have removed MFA for all the users.

    MFA is mandatory for admins and without a factor you cannot login.

     

    Reach out to support and open a ticket. If you are on integrator tenant, support is not an option. You may have to register for one more tenant.
