AbhishekK.89169 (Customer) asked a question.

How do I get my MFA reset as I am an org admin for Integrator Developer Tenant and I recently lost my phone

Hi All,

My phone recently encountered an accident and it basically RMAed. I can't get Okta Verify now and so can't access my Okta Admin portal. Please assist me on how I can get Okta Support to reset my MFA for Integrator accounts are no longer allowed to raise support cases.

Hi @AbhishekK.89169 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

Free trial/integrator are only recoverable via self-service provided that you have configured the appropriate policies and backup accounts.

These type of accounts fall outside of the scope of support. At best you can submit a request via this form for data deletion if needed. Our team would not be able to provide an ETA as this is outside of our purview.

My advice would be to sign up for a New Integrator Free Plan Sign up is free, using the method mentioned at step 2 in this article

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!
