I only see option to review the groups, but not the roles.
I also dont see the built in AD groups like Administrators in Okta from the import.
Have someone been able to setup Identity certifications for Entra Roles or Azure portal roles?

Access certifications are intended just for okta groups and not app groups. there is an entitlements management feature that gets more in depth but its limited to a select few apps
