Bypass Okta credential provider for Citrix SINGLE session
Hi, we have been using Bomgar Okta credential provider with Citrix sessions. 3.1.1. For multi session the citrix session bypasses okta. But for some reason single session doesnt. At the moment io have it installed, but a, having to disable it here. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\Credential Providers - using DWORD disabled 1. Can i do somehitng similar for just single session, or can i edit the registry or "ARCCPSETTING" somehow ?

I'm not familiar with the implementation or use case and I haven't been able to find any similar reports, so I would not be able to provide any meaningful insight.
If you have an account with us and are a SuperAdmin/Case Admin, please open a case to work with my colleagues from the Support Team to go over the implementation with them in detail and investigate this further. This sounds liek something citrix is driving rather than okta. i recommend looking to the citrix docs or reach out to their support team
