ClaireR.23590 (Customer) asked a question.

Trying to set up SSO with Iplicit finance software

We are implemeting a new finance software called Iplicit and I have been provided the instructions for setting up the SSO on their side, but I think I might need some help with the configuration on the Okta side. I created a new app for it but it still doesn't seem to be working on the Iplicit side / not sending the login through to Okta. So I think I have done something incorrectly somewhere. Really straightforward, clear steps would be greatly appreciated so that we can get this sorted!

@ClaireR.23590 (Customer)  community could help you if you could post the exact error or behaviour you are experiencing. Context around whether it's saml/OIDC and where the authentication failing.

If you are looking for support/on call assistance you could do that if you are on paid account, I would recommend to rise support ticket here - https://support.okta.com/help/s/opencase?language=en_US

It looks like the software company for Implicit Finance Software is Oracle. I would contact Oracle Support to see if they can give you instructions on how to do the application on the Okta side. Sometimes you can even use instructions from other Identity providers to figure out what you need for the Okta side.
