ClaireR.23590 (Customer) asked a question.

SSO Configuration with Iplicit

I need to upload a CSV file into Iplicit to make sure all the users are set up with the SSO.

Unfortunately, the objectID field is showing as an error. Are you able to tell me what it should be worded as?

The exact wording from their IT department;

'It appears to be down to the exact word it has been set as on the SAML side.

I am now getting an error fro the ObjectID column, so I was wondering if you could reach out to Okta and ask exactly how that part is labelled in the SAML background? Maybe it is not even called objectID in the background and it needs to be worded as something else...'

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Hello @ClaireR.23590 (Customer) , thank you for contacting Okta Community.

    At this time, the Iplicit app seems to be outside the OIN (Okta Integration Network), making it a custom integration. Because of this, the attribute statement may vary. With the information currently available, we cannot confidently point out the correct answer.

    I recommend that you open a Support ticket (Customer Support Account ID number required) so one of our engineers can analyze it and provide in-depth troubleshooting. You could also provide more details in a ticket that shouldn’t be given here, as this is a public space.

    Please note that opening a support ticket is a feature available only to paid accounts. If you do not have a paid account, but are interested in upgrading, you can contact our Sales team

    Regards.

    objectID sounds like something specific to Iplicit. if youre trying to create users into iplicit and need to know which value to put in from okta, then i recommend using the okta internal ID or UUID for each user
