Hi, happened today. Can't login into org using admin account. I'm getting
Sign In Denied
You do not have permission to access your account at this time. If you're wondering why this is happening, please contact your administrator.
Tried to call +1-800-425-1267 spent around 30 min, no luck. They just dropped me... We unable to complete your call. goodbye.
What options do I have?
https://okta.com/contact-sales/ doesn't work btw.
chat bot is useless.

Were you the only admin in the tenant?
If it is a paid tenant you should be able to reach out to CSM to help.
No one can login anymore, seems like okta blocked whole org. Trying to figure out if they can unblock it.
Hello @SergeyS.24887 (Customer) , thank you for contacting Okta Community.
The error is most often encountered by admins who have failed to set up MFA or have disabled the only MFA available for admin users in the org. For more details, please see the following:
Okta will Require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to Access the Okta Admin Console
Frequently Asked Questions on MFA Enforcement for the Admin Console
If you lose access to your org's Admin Console, the only way to resolve this is with a support ticket. Opening a support ticket is a feature available to paid accounts. You can read more about it in the Workforce Identity Cloud Free Trial Account Support Policy Change article.
If you have a paid production account with us, please leverage it to open a case via the support.okta.com site or call the support line (Customer Support Account ID number required). If those options are not available for you despite having a paid account, please contact your Okta Account Executive or Customer Success Manager, and they will be able to engage the Support team on your behalf.
Unfortunately, if no paid developer or production account is available, the only option left is to sign up for a new free trial or developer account. You may need to use a different email address.
Alternatively, if you do not have a paid account but are interested in getting one, you can contact our Sales team. A paid account could be used to request assistance for a connected free account, but the Sales team would have more details on that.
Regards.

Just released: More Okta Community badges just added
You have to go through okta support. then youll need to figure out which policy has been enabled that locked you out. possibly put too strong of a policy for factors enrolled
If you have another Okta production org or a preview org, you may be able to open a ticket through those orgs.
Moving forward, if you want to make changes to anything in Okta, create a test group and a test user and assign the test group to the change so you can test the change but not affect the other users in the org.
It was non paid org, I didn't have subscription. How could I reach someone at Okta support and ask to have a look at it? @DianaL.19788 (Customer Support Online Community and Social Care) maybe you could help with it? It'll take quite a lot of time too reconfigure dev environment.
I tried to call sales, no one responded. I wait on the line for 20 min and then call is dropped.
Thank you!
