I am new to okta (and assigned super admin) but cannot even open a case to ask a question. Called the support line but they are asking for client ID, which I cannot even get under my profile. What do you suggest?

Hello @ChloeK.47402 (Customer) , free orgs can be decommissioned upon request. However, if you wish to create a new org in the future, you would still need to use a different email address.
If you would like to have your org decommissioned, please email us at community@okta.com. Make sure to include the org's URL and the email address associated with the Super Admin account.
