Not getting any reponse from okta certification team to take the examHi Team,
I am currently unable to schedule my exam, even though 24 hours have passed as per the policy. Unfortunately, I submitted the exam by mistake due to a sudden power cut during the session.
I kindly request your support in allowing me to reschedule or retake the exam, considering the technical issue and accidental submission.
Please let me know the next steps or if any further information is required from my end.I have emailed to certification@okta,com ,its been more then 4+ days

I wanted to highlight that clearing this certification is critical for me, as it directly impacts the successful completion of my probation period. Unfortunately, my probation hasn't been cleared, and this certification is one of the key reasons for it.

I have passed my okta certification, I havent got even any email as passed ,Can you please let me know ,After exam its shown as passed but no email till now

I’m writing to express my deep concern regarding the delay in receiving my Okta certification result. It has been over 48 hours since I completed the exam, and I’ve yet to receive any communication from the certification team.
I understand that reviews may be necessary in certain cases, but the lack of transparency and communication is extremely disappointing—especially after paying for the exam and completing it successfully. I kindly request that you expedite the review process or at least provide a clear update on the current status and timeline.
I sincerely hope Okta will stand by its commitment to professionalism and fairness. Please treat this as an urgent matter.
