I need to change the username of users to authenticate in Okta from email to CPF, but Okta does not accept it. I tried to change it in the profile editor to none and it did not accept it either. I created a CPF attribute and is it possible to ask Okta to change this in the tenant or is there some configuration that I can do quickly and easily in the widget?

Hi @ThiagoM.14653 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
The default username format for Okta users is in the form of an email address.
You can modify or remove the requirement as mentioned in this article.
That being said, if already in production, you have to consider the impact to downstream integrations and the preexisting usernames will not be modified retroactively.
