I have lost access to my dev account which i used to write my Okta certified Professional, But in order to enrol for Okta administrator i would need account to be restored to schedule the exam. Kindly assist/guide further steps.
It is asking for me to enter the google authenticator code but unfortunately I have changed my phone and lost the connection.

We understand that you require assistance with account recovery. Free trial/Developer account credentials or MFA cannot be accessed by anyone outside of the primary account administrator. Therefore, Okta is unable to access or reset your username and password or MFA.

You may, however, create a new free trial/Developer account. We encourage you to save the credentials to ensure access in the future.
Also please note that if you have a Paid Service with Okta, you can open a case with support for additional assistance.
If you are having issues logging into the certification page, you can reach out to the certification team at certification@okta.com and they might be able to provide further assistance.

Can you please suggest me how can i write my Okta administrator exam with the existing account then?
Do I have to rewrite the Professional exam on a new ID ?
