I used the "Contact us to extend or purchase a plan" banner on the top of the trial account (pictured below) but I have not heard back from Okta support and it's been 12 days.
I cannot open a support case or contact support because I guess you need to pay to get a hold of them that way. So this feels like a chicken and egg problem.
