Does anyone know where the migration tool is to migrate developer orgs to integrator free orgs?
I received a notification that developer orgs are being deprecated from Okta - but never received any further information about a migration tool.

Once the migration is available you should have access to the Migration tool. At this time the exact date for this is not yet confirmed as the original date has been postponed.
I would recommend to regularly check your org and email notifications once these go out.
