Can no longer access my developer instance (dev-######.oktapreview.com). Access denied error.

For the first time in a couple years, I am trying to access my Okta developer account (the URL is of the form https://dev-******.oktapreview.com). When I try to login, I get the message:

 

Sign In Denied

You do not have permission to access your account at this time. If you're wondering why this is happening, please contact your administrator.

 

As far as I know, I am using the administrator account, so I'm not sure who else to contact.

 

I tried opening a support case, but apparently I don't have permissions, so I'm posting here.
