DanM.34740 (Customer) asked a question.

Why is device assurance looking at the encryption on external drives?

Okta documentation states: Disk encryption: Indicates if the hard disk of your device is encrypted with BitLocker.

Yet when an external hard drive is plugged in, Okta assess this drive as if it were internal (seeing as the log states 'ALL_INTERNAL_VOLUMES') and requires it to be encrypted with BitLocker in order to pass this requirement.

All the documentation leads an admin to believe you're enforcing only the internal hard drive/s be encrypted.
