Annoying prompt

I get this prompt every time I login. It's very very annoying as I need to select which authentication method I will use. The system should:

  1. Either remember last selection and default to it
  2. Let the use configure the method in their settings

As it is, it's very annoying. My company adopted okta for 2fa and I find myself wasting a lot of time authenticating. You should be working towards reducing the amount of interactions with your system to bare minimum. Users do not care about okta, it's just a speed bump in their daily life. The less visible you are, the better system you have.

    The prompt in the screenshot allows you to choose between multiple factors accepted by your company. This allows you to use another security method to verify your identity in the event that one of them becomes unusable for any reason. If you are displeased with your current login flow, please address this concern with your company's IT Support.

     

    If your company has a paid account with us, one of their admins can send us an improvement suggestion on the Okta Community page by going to the Community→ Ideas tab. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted on and commented on by other members. High popularity will increase the likelihood of it being picked up by the Product Team and implemented.
